In the golden light of late afternoon, on a perfect early autumn day, one of the ponds at
Greenspring Gardens in northern Virginia's Fairfax County reflects the surrounding trees and inviting sky.

The aquatic plants in foreground are Sacred Lotus (Nelumbo nucifera).

The wide-angle view was captured through a film-era Carl Zeiss Jena Flektogon 20mm f/2.8 lens.
