sand dune eats rocks ......
bank of the dry hoarusib river - 10 kms prior to the estuary mouth in to the atlantic ocean
skeleton coast - namibia - nov. 2004
this point of the river gets rarely water, only after havy rainfalls upstream - BUT luckily for the animals and plants water arrived one day after this pic had been taken !

Molo (Hello)How are you my friends?
I never saw a snake on the whole of my trip.
Bad news for your taipan.
But did chase crocs and have some photo's of freshies.
Will upload on the weekend.
Hope you are well.
The mighty sands will continue until it is all sand.
It is laced with silicate and is destructive to metals.
They have measured one dune moving 8 miles in a night.
Bless you two!!!
