Six-Legged Pedestrian Sets Good Example in Crossing Etiquette
At the end of a winter's afternoon of shooting along the Mall, as I was
heading to my car, I looked up just in time to catch this moment.
No, he wasn't falling off his horse, just reaching down to do what any pedestrian,
whether six- or two-legged, should do - press the button to cross the street safely.

: )) hilarious scene, steve! beautifully captured with the background looking all painterly and canvas-like! good to see that in washington it's safety first and even the horses wear helmets! ; ))) greetings, sabine.
