Smile Taiwan

One of the kids of our church had some kind of skin disease (see the red dots). To relieve his itchings his mother applied some white powder no his neck.

Most children smile when you take a photo but this boy had obvious no reason to smile.

I do not know where he got his sticker 'Smile Taiwan' from which he put on his T-shirt. But it contradicts his obvious uncomfortalbeness and made this picture complete.
