Stand out Blue
This photograph was taken at the San Diego Zoo in the open waterfowl ponds near the bottom of the Panda Trail. I was so focused on the heron and trying to not miss other activity around the pond as it was a very busy day that I did not notice that the angle of the shot made the Heron stand out as if on a black background from the shaded area behind him. Sometimes better to be lucky than smart.
