I took this photograph early morning at south Perth yacht club with my Fuji S7000 , I set the iso to 200 thank you Marian for all your advise.

Weathers a little different to yours at the moment, however other warming devices are in place.

You captured the morning atmosphere real nice in this picture. I like the colors in the sky. The sparkling lamps add interest to the composition. If only the bird was sharp, that would be a bonus :-)
