Somehow, this image reminded me of the Long Island Railroad’s logo, “The Route of the Dashing Commuter.”

The scene here is actually the East Midlands terminal at London’s busy St Pancras International.

Amidst the idling growl of the handsome East Midlands multiple unit diesel trains, I doubt I would have heard
the “swooosh” of this passenger on her way to board her train, but the 1/3 second shutter speed allowed my
camera to capture the sense of bustle during this November evening’s rush of commuters leaving the city.

Oh yes, the "Dashing Commuter" did have two legs ;-)
