The Beach

Huntington Beach, Bay Village, Ohio on February 2, 2011. A winter storm was just moving in but I needed more landscape shots to choose from for my class project. When I was a child I went to this beach many times with my family and girlfriends. The snack bar and tower are just as I remember them. This scene is above the beach as you have to walk down a tiring set of stairs to reach the sand. Shot on manual settings with my Canon PowerShot SD800 IS which is all that I had when I began the photography class. ;-) Rules for class: no flash, no iso settings above 400, and no automatic settings.
