The Fungi world (47) : Scarletina Bolete
Scarletina Bolete is a massive fungus that prefers to grow on acid soil, late summer to autumn.
Its red coloured stem has a remarkable pattern of tiny dots.
Dutch name : Heksenboleet
German name : Flockenstieliger Hexenröhrling
Latin name : Boletus erythropus (syn. Boletus luridiformis)
