The LAST SIGN for HELP
It's when a man or woman is at their lowest which forces them to place a sign around their neck in plea for help to a system that will never hear him.
How many will pass him bye and lower their eyes and say, " he should have prepared", When government directed by the wealthy passes laws to take away what little one has gained in a life time.
Take away is oldest profession on this earth.

A sad state that is played out throughout the world. I am afraid that as hard as we might try to eliminate this type if situation that we will always have the poor among us. Hopefully we do not lose our compassion to help.
