The Living Forest (265) : Crane Fly
The slender, long-legged Crane Fly does not bite humans, as is often thought, because it feeds only on nectar.
When they become adults, most male crane fly species live only to mate once and die.
Thank heavens, I’m not a Crane Fly :-))
