The Living Forest (801) : Common Redstart
Last week, I spotted one of the first redstarts returned from their African wintering quarters.
The redstart is a small songbird that prefers to live in open woodland.
Dutch name : Gekraagde roodstaart
German name : Gartenrotschwanz
Latin name : Phoenicurus phoenicurus
