    Hi Paul,
    this image, is created only with Photoshop. There are 3 images involved. A shooting in the mountains, a sky image and an other of bellows. The ground is a picture from the mountain, transformed with KPT 3 ="planar-tiling", to make it a kind of a floor. A part of the valley shooting, I used for the background. Added the bellows and the cloud(selection of the sky image), and added a shadow.
