Mise en page superbement pensée et qui procure cette fascinante vision sur la ville par cette " échappée " entre les deux façades en forte géométrie et couleurs lumineuses Le palmier et son vis à vis de l'autre coté de la rue procurent une incroyable sensation de profondeur de champ .
