..they are sitting - well behaved - on a bench ..;-))

Why is this one of my absolutely favs the whole last years - felt like a quick snapshot - because nearly no time at all - but I could catch this magic moment - from this loving senior couple - having a little pause - whilst their bike trip - in the midths of this flower lake .. at the lake .. with a wonder ful magic view ..

Because I wish - for each senior - to be able to have and live such a good & happy life ever after ..

As I was starting my first own SPA from scratch - in 1999 - I was called and asked from a nursering home close by - if I could do chiropody/podology for them - and so I did - once a week for circa 100 seniors - and I have seen live - experienced - was told - many very sad stories of illness - neglected - crying - seniors - speaking with their eyes and hands - like skin and bones - with decubitus - to me - from their beds - because of strokes - they lost their voice - couldn't get up alone anymore - you just stroke their faces and speak some kind words - and they start crying - later out of joy - their eyes lightened up - at once - when I opened the door - they hold your hand so grippingly - to say - stay - don't walk away - sudden deaths cases - lonesomeness - people with no partners - families anymore - family members that were not visiting them anymore - or only - greedy - shortly before or after death - coming because of money and heritage .. etc. etc. etc.

I nearly start crying here again by writing this ..
.
THEY should be ALL REWARDED - for all their hard work over the decades and centuries to have had build the wealth we have here nowadays... instead the opposite ..
I think you know what I want to say ..
They belong in the middle of our society ..
it's a tragedy to see them isolated - suffering - ill - poor - searching empty bottles from the trash ..
etc.
...
Sometimes I think - when - certain people - are whining and / or complaining - some even passive aggressively - or want to teach us - others sth. about life - on/from a very high level - they should stay for one day or a whole week in a nursering home themselves ...
.. you must not necessarily first see/go to the 3rd world or other countries..
