View of Monschau in the Eifel region
Not long ago I drove to Monschau just about 30min drive to visit a photo exhibition. This charming little town is situated in a valley in the Eifel region. I made this photo in a very classical style being aware that I had to decrease my normal creativity and just capture a document.

classical, yes, but nonetheless beautiful – classically beautiful! plus, you cheekily captured a not so classical element in the huge-eyed casper-like ghost shadow (a church spire?) staring back at us from the sunlit wall! ; )) needless to say, it's my favorite detail! ; )) greetings, sabine. p.s.: monschau looks like a great scenic and picturesque place to visit!
