I Gusti Agung Wiraditya, with a cast after falling down the stairs, and I Gusti Agung Mayun Jaya Santosan with the mask of the great and good demon Barong, greet me warmly upon my return near Sembung in October 2023.
Barong's mask is a sign of a warm, good and peaceful reunion in her village community, the Banjar of Sembung.

  Sie freuten sich am meisten über das Som Tam Thai, den Papaya Krautsalat und auf das ungarische Gulasch, das ich ihnen aus Thailand mitbrachte. Eine Toblerone aber war auch willkommen. Gruß Wolfgang
