On my way through Maastricht….
@ Leo....Yes Maastricht is one of the centers of bike theft! They even steal a bike if it's chained at a street sign - they just pull the sign pole out....

Magnificent street, I can't understand what you say, just three years ago I spent a couple of weeks at Maastricht, when it wasn't raining I used to rent a bike and parked it at the neighbourhood of the University, never, ever I heard about a theft, for sure are not the locals, did you got yor cheese??:))
