Water is pumped out from the Qanat

The underground watercourses are called Qanats and are often many kilometers long and at a depth of fifty meters or more.
With the help of an electrically operated pump, the water is brought to the surface and stored in containers for further use.

The people are my long-time friends from Fasa south of Persia.
The boy is Mohsen who is now living in Vienna, besin him his sister Farah, I met again 50 years later in Vienna and on the right side Iradj ma friend forever.

Good friendship never ends.
