wow, i've never seen a purple waterlily before – it's gorgeously tropical looking! and i agree: the combination of colors, the light, and the details are simply superb!! amazing, how those yellow petals of the inside have tips dipped in purple – a many-fingered blossom wearing nailpolish… ; )) greetings, sabine. p.s.: for me, its inside is vaguely reminiscent of a sea anemone!
