Way up to the hill top on Drepung Monastery

When we went up to the upper complex of the monastery we still noticed the damage done by the Chinese invasion in 1951.
But also you can realize the damage done by the British mercenaries like the Nepalese Gurkhas. The damage done by British canons done with the Maxim machine gun look different.
(The outrages done by the Brits mostly are forgotten, the Chineses ones are in foreground.)
