When All is Said And Done
Within the wave of sadness. I am left bobbing hopelessly behind her in an ocean of lament. I wipe my blurry eyes. She gets closer to the alter in front, his silent face looks into the Cathedral light. This actual physical moment takes place in the sector of the the church which is designed to describe what heaven is like in the bible. It’s just the physical height and space described. All cathedrals have this section build in to their structure. He looks up and locks eyes with me. “Do not cry he’s says, I’m going to have a miracle performed”. The Bishop will bless me with holy water, soon all will be right. “I will go to Punteranous today and will not have to lay there and wait for my mother to block the sun out of my face. I won’t even have to wait for her to give me a taste of that sweet mango ice icicle that melts all over my lips as I taste and feel it’s pleasant cold sensations. When I finish, I shall join in and play with other boys and race in the the wave and swim to wards the horizon and enjoy the weightless sensation and know that I am in the hands of my God forever. You see, I am his devotee ”.
I stowed my camera and noticed everyone was in tears. We sat outside the church. By then time passed, and he was carried to his grandfather and there he sat silently in his grandfathers arms looking up into space. with a smile.
