it was 2007, and I got my first digital camera and took it travelling - so here is one of those first images I took digitally and on total automatic (because I did not have the time to study the camera first :-))))

Huge industrial plant that was a safe workplace for many people in Essen for a long time.

I just did some research and saw that it is not a view downwards, but to the side of a building. That's how I deceive myself :-))

  thank you, Matthias ... yes, it is the side of the building in my first image taken through the huge support beams which I did not include in the first view ...

Ich finde, das Bild wirkt zweifach "wie dazumal" - einmal wegen des Motivs an sich, zum anderen aber auch durch die Art der Farben. Ich finde, die Automartik deiner Kamera hat gute Arbeit geleistet, du aber auch, denn für das Motiv, den Bildausschnitt und die Bildgestaltung bist schließlich du verantwortlich ;-) ...
