Since 2004 I was on a bycicle trip in and around New Zealand - it toke me 1.5 years.
On my way back home I made a stop in Thailand and Laos - and I bought a digital camera over there. Not a really good one, just the FUJI FINEPIX 5600, but since then I like to shoot and shoot.. For fun.
