As an avid skier and proud father I started taking photographs of my daughter during the downhill ski races that she competed in. It was only meant as a way to capture the moments of her races but I soon became much more involved in taking pictures for of all the racers for our local club.

Although I enjoy photographing all sorts of pictures my favorite theme is the outdoors and sports, mainly alpine skiing.

I have just recently bought a Minolta Dimage S414 Digital camera with 4 X Digital , 4 X Optical zoom lense.

I am experimenting with it this summer in order to make sure that I get better shots this winter.
