For those of you, who are curious about the text at the bottom: These are the measurement parameters as added automatically by the instrument to make the whole process more reproducable. AccV. stands for acceleration voltage, which relates to the beam energy. The value is quoted just below, so we operate at 5.00 kV. Next to that is the spotsize, which can be viewed as a kind of focus. Than follows the magnification factor, which can also be accessed on hand of the bar (incl. scale) to the right. The middle abbreviations, TLD etc. inform about the kind of detector used.
