A real Bald Eagle and his Nest
Right beside the waters of Burrard Inlet this Bald Eagle guards his family's nest. His Missus is currently incubating two eggs, however, I took this image last Fall.

Mir ist es während meines Kanadaurlaubes vor 5 Jahren nicht gelungen, einen Weißkopfseeadler so deutlich und gut abzulichten, noch dazu vor seinem Nest.Grüße Günter

Mister Bald Eagle probably peers after feed. Precautionary he remains near the nest.By this happy chance we can see in your picture both, eagle and nest.

Even it's quite far again nice to se the eagle & his nest..I thought they made their nests up on the mountains by the rocks..Never seen one other than the ones at the zoo..:-(Hugs,
