Antarctic Ice-Berg (4)
three years ago I had the privilege to cruise in Antarctic waters .... after showing you several pictures then, the February theme of " I C E" as suggested by Ken Piros in the General Forum gives me an opportunity to show you a few more pictures of this beautiful landscape and the icebergs.

is the tip of an iceberg called "corona"? i don't think so… but for this one here (the bigger of the two!) the term would fit like a glove (to stay within winter vernacular… ; ))! it looks like a giant crown! amazing, too, how in slightly different light the blues immediately change their appearance: hardly any turquoises in this image, instead. a crips and clear saphire blue ocean! ! hugs, sabine.
