This is not ,of course, a process of a ritual like the one taking place on the Ganges river bank where the penitant individual requests humbly to be cleared off his sins.
This is simply an ordinnary process during which, and on the beneficial chance of a public tab, the individual wants to be cleared off a...good layer of dirt.
Somewhere water is a luxury...
